El tama\u00f1o y el n\u00famero de capas influyen significativamente en el coste: por ejemplo, una placa de doble capa de 10 cm \u00d7 10 cm cuesta aproximadamente 50-150 RMB, mientras que una placa de 12 capas del mismo tama\u00f1o puede alcanzar los 500-1.000 RMB.<\/p><p><br>Concretamente, en condiciones de producci\u00f3n en serie, el coste de una placa FR-4 est\u00e1ndar de doble capa es de aproximadamente 400 yuanes por metro cuadrado, pero los materiales de alta frecuencia o los dise\u00f1os multicapa pueden aumentar considerablemente el precio: por ejemplo, las placas de circuito impreso de gama alta con procesos especiales como las v\u00edas ciegas y enterradas pueden costar varios miles de yuanes por metro cuadrado, lo que supone entre un 30 y un 40% del coste total de la materia prima en los productos electr\u00f3nicos de gama alta.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Component_Procurement_Costs\"><\/span>Costes de adquisici\u00f3n de componentes<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>La adquisici\u00f3n de componentes es el componente central de los costes de PCBA, y suele representar el 40%-60% de los costes totales. Los precios var\u00edan significativamente entre los distintos componentes:<\/p><p><strong>Adquisici\u00f3n de grandes lotes<\/strong> (100.000 unidades): El precio unitario del mismo modelo de MCU puede reducirse a 30 yuanes, una disminuci\u00f3n de 40%.<br>En los productos complejos, el coste de los chips principales es especialmente destacado.
