Les clients qui remplissent les conditions de retour et d'\u00e9change et qui sont autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 retourner et \u00e0 \u00e9changer des marchandises sont pri\u00e9s d'appliquer les conditions suivantes (\u00e0 l'exception du syst\u00e8me de retour et d'\u00e9change autrement pr\u00e9vu pour les produits sp\u00e9ciaux) :<\/p><h4>1. Objets de retour et d'\u00e9change :<\/h4><p>Tout client qui ach\u00e8te des produits de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, quel que soit le mode de livraison et le mode de paiement, peut les retourner et les \u00e9changer conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions du r\u00e8glement.<\/p><h4>2. Conditions de retour et d'\u00e9change :<\/h4><p>1) Produits pr\u00e9sentant des probl\u00e8mes de qualit\u00e9 (l'entreprise n'est pas responsable des probl\u00e8mes de qualit\u00e9 caus\u00e9s par ses propres raisons).<\/p><p>2) Les marchandises retourn\u00e9es doivent r\u00e9pondre aux conditions de base suivantes :<\/p><p><strong>Les marchandises ne sont pas contamin\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p><p>L'emballage des marchandises est complet (y compris l'emballage interne et externe), et les marchandises doivent \u00eatre neuves, non utilis\u00e9es dans leur \u00e9tat d'origine, conforme \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat dans lequel vous avez re\u00e7u les marchandises, et n'affecte pas les ventes secondaires ;<\/p><p>Renvoyez \u00e9galement la bo\u00eete d'origine de la marchandise et le colis de livraison, ainsi que tous les accessoires, les \u00e9tiquettes, les documents d'exp\u00e9dition, la certification du produit, les manuels, les factures (le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant) et tous les cadeaux (le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant).<\/p><h4>3\u3001Traitement des remboursements<\/h4><p>Une fois que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a re\u00e7u les marchandises retourn\u00e9es dans le d\u00e9lai imparti, elle vous remboursera le montant que vous avez pay\u00e9 pour les marchandises conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi, apr\u00e8s avoir confirm\u00e9 que les marchandises et les accessoires (le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant) sont intacts et que les \u00e9tiquettes, les factures et les cadeaux (le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant) sont complets.<\/p><h3>4\u3001Retours et \u00e9changes Note :<\/h3><p>Si les marchandises retourn\u00e9es ne r\u00e9pondent pas aux conditions de cette politique de retour, notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 n'acceptera pas votre retour ou \u00e9change, et ne pourra pas effectuer le remboursement.<\/p><p>Si vous ne renvoyez pas la facture, les accessoires ou les cadeaux (le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant), notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a le droit de d\u00e9duire la taxe sur la facture, les accessoires ou les cadeaux du montant que vous avez pay\u00e9 au prix du march\u00e9.<\/p><p>Si vous ne renvoyez pas la facture, l'accessoire ou l'article compl\u00e9mentaire de votre commande, mais que la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 n'a pas d\u00e9duit la taxe sur la facture, le prix du march\u00e9 de l'accessoire ou de l'article compl\u00e9mentaire, ou ne vous a pas demand\u00e9 de renvoyer ledit article ou mat\u00e9riel, cela ne sera pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une renonciation au droit de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de faire des r\u00e9clamations pertinentes.<\/p><p>Les clients peuvent appeler la ligne d&amp;#8217assistance apr\u00e8s-vente de l&amp;#8217entreprise pour toute question.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Afin d'am\u00e9liorer le syst\u00e8me apr\u00e8s-vente et de s'efforcer de rendre les consommateurs plus satisfaits, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a mis en place un syst\u00e8me de retour et d'\u00e9change.
