sp\u00e9ciales dot\u00e9es d&amp;#8217une structure \"sandwich\". La couche sup\u00e9rieure est une couche de circuit en feuille de cuivre. La couche interm\u00e9diaire est une couche isolante hautement thermoconductrice (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement compos\u00e9e de r\u00e9sine \u00e9poxy m\u00e9lang\u00e9e \u00e0 de la poudre de c\u00e9ramique). La couche inf\u00e9rieure est un substrat en alliage d'aluminium. Cette structure permet d'obtenir une isolation \u00e9lectrique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la couche isolante interm\u00e9diaire, tout en utilisant la meilleure conductivit\u00e9 thermique de l'aluminium pour am\u00e9liorer consid\u00e9rablement l'efficacit\u00e9 de la dissipation de la chaleur.
