Inspection des mat\u00e9riaux :<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>Les cartes HDI sont soumises \u00e0 des exigences extr\u00eamement strictes en mati\u00e8re de mat\u00e9riaux, qui constituent la base de tous les processus ult\u00e9rieurs.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Type de mat\u00e9riau<\/th><th>Points cl\u00e9s de l'inspection<\/th><th>Exigences standard<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Noyau et accumulation Di\u00e9lectrique<\/strong><\/td><td>Type de mat\u00e9riau, Tg, Dk, Df<\/td><td>Le noyau par d\u00e9faut est FR-4. Inspection structurelle et visuelle<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>Cette phase de l'inspection se concentre sur les r\u00e9sultats physiques de la fabrication, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement obtenus \u00e0 l'aide de microscopes, d'AOI, etc.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Qualit\u00e9 Microvia<\/strong>:<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Forme<\/strong>: V\u00e9rifier que la forme conique est id\u00e9ale, en \u00e9vitant les d\u00e9fauts tels que la \"t\u00eate de clou\".<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Remplissage<\/strong>: Pour les microvias remplis, exiger un remplissage suffisant avec une profondeur de d\u00e9pression de surface conforme aux normes.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Inscription<\/strong>: Les microvias doivent se poser compl\u00e8tement sur le <strong>Cahier des charges<\/strong> ci-dessous, sans violation du pav\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Circuit et surface<\/strong>:<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Largeur de ligne\/espace<\/strong>: Mesurer l'\u00e9cart par rapport aux valeurs de conception afin de garantir l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la ligne fine.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Finition de la surface<\/strong>: Qu'il s'agisse d'ENIG, d'\u00e9tain par immersion ou d'OSP, v\u00e9rifiez l'\u00e9paisseur, l'uniformit\u00e9 et la soudabilit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Masque de soudure<\/strong>: V\u00e9rifier l'uniformit\u00e9 du rev\u00eatement, la pr\u00e9cision de l'enregistrement, l'absence de suintement, la mauvaise exposition, etc.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Electrical_Reliability_Testing\"><\/span>3.
