Sans ajout de verre.<br \/>\nLe LTCC (Low-Temperature Co-fired Ceramic) est un m\u00e9lange de poudre d'alumine inorganique avec environ 30 \u00e0 50 % de verre et un liant organique.<br \/>\nLe DBC (Direct Bonded Copper) utilise un liquide eutectique contenant de l'oxyg\u00e8ne de cuivre pour cr\u00e9er une r\u00e9action chimique entre le substrat et la feuille de cuivre et former une phase CuAlO2 ou CuAl2O4. Diff\u00e9rentes applications et exigences d\u00e9terminent le type de PCB c\u00e9ramique \u00e0 utiliser.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_Produce_the_Ceramic_PCB\"><\/span>Comment produire le circuit imprim\u00e9 en c\u00e9ramique ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<div><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span>La production de circuits imprim\u00e9s en c\u00e9ramique exige de la pr\u00e9cision et du soin dans le processus de fabrication.Tout d'abord, des \u00e9l\u00e9ments m\u00e9talliques ou des substrats sont plac\u00e9s dans chaque couche gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un processus de s\u00e9rigraphie couche par couche.
