class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p>I circuiti stampati con substrato di alluminio (circuiti a base metallica) sono circuiti stampati speciali con una struttura a sandwich&amp;#8221. Lo strato superiore \u00e8 costituito da uno strato circuitale in lamina di rame. Lo strato intermedio \u00e8 uno strato isolante altamente termoconduttivo (tipicamente fatto di resina epossidica mescolata con polvere di ceramica). Lo strato inferiore \u00e8 un substrato in lega di alluminio.
