Het is eenvoudig van structuur en goedkoop en wordt voornamelijk gebruikt in vroege elektronica en eenvoudige circuitontwerpen.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Dubbelzijdige PCB<\/strong><br>Gebruikt koperlagen aan beide zijden, met elektrische verbindingen tussen de lagen via vergulde doorvoergaten (PTH's). Vergeleken met enkelzijdige PCB's bieden ze een hogere bedradingsdichtheid en ontwerpflexibiliteit, waardoor ze tegenwoordig het meest gebruikte PCB-type zijn.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Meerlagige PCB<\/strong><br>Bestaat uit drie of meer geleidende lagen die aan elkaar zijn gelijmd met isolerende di\u00eblektrische materialen en onderling verbonden zijn via vias.
