Standaard FR-4 (glasvezel epoxyhars) is geschikt voor conventionele schakelingen en kost ongeveer 0,3-0,8 RMB per vierkante centimeter; Rogers laminaten die gebruikt worden in hoogfrequente schakelingen, die stabiele di\u00eblektrische eigenschappen bieden, kunnen echter tot 2-5 RMB per vierkante centimeter kosten. De grootte en het aantal lagen hebben een aanzienlijke invloed op de kosten - een dubbellaagse printplaat van 10 cm \u00d7 10 cm kost bijvoorbeeld ongeveer 50-150 RMB, terwijl een 12-laagse printplaat van dezelfde grootte 500-1.000 RMB kan kosten.<\/p><p><br>Bij massaproductie bedragen de kosten van een standaard FR-4 dubbellaagse printplaat ongeveer 400 yuan per vierkante meter, maar hoogfrequente materialen of meerlaagse ontwerpen kunnen de prijs aanzienlijk opdrijven: high-end PCB's met speciale processen zoals blinde en begraven vias kunnen bijvoorbeeld enkele duizenden yuan per vierkante meter kosten, goed voor 30-40% van de totale grondstofkosten in high-end elektronische producten.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Component_Procurement_Costs\"><\/span>Component Inkoopkosten<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>De inkoop van componenten vormt de kern van de PCBA-kosten en is goed voor 40%-60% van de totale kosten. De prijzen van de verschillende componenten lopen sterk uiteen:<\/p><p><strong>Inkoop van grote partijen<\/strong> (100.000 eenheden): De eenheidsprijs van hetzelfde model van MCU kan worden verlaagd tot 30 yuan, een daling van 40%.<br>In complexe producten zijn de kosten van kernchips bijzonder hoog. Als we smartphones als voorbeeld nemen, kan de belangrijkste besturingschip meer dan 70% van de totale componentkosten uitmaken.<\/p><p><strong>Componenten voor algemeen gebruik<\/strong>: Basiscomponenten zoals weerstanden en condensatoren kunnen slechts 0,001 yuan per eenheid kosten.<\/p><p><strong>Gespecialiseerde chips<\/strong>: Chips met hoge prestaties zoals FPGA's en DSP's kunnen honderden yuan per eenheid kosten, terwijl processorchips in het hogere segment meer dan 100 yuan per eenheid kunnen kosten.<br>De batchgrootte heeft een aanzienlijke invloed op de kosten:<\/p><p><strong>Inkoop in kleine partijen<\/strong> (&lt;1.000 eenheden): Een bepaald model MCU kost bijvoorbeeld ongeveer 50 yuan per eenheid;<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Auxiliary_material_costs\"><\/span>Hulpmateriaal kosten<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>Hoewel ze slechts 5%-10% van de totale grondstofkosten uitmaken, zijn ze een belangrijke garantie voor de productkwaliteit.
