Materiaalinspectie:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>HDI-platen hebben extreem strenge materiaaleisen en vormen de basis voor alle daaropvolgende processen.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Type materiaal<\/th><th>Belangrijkste inspectiepunten<\/th><th>Standaard vereisten<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Kern &amp; Opbouw Di\u00eblektrisch<\/strong><\/td><td>Materiaalsoort, Tg, Dk, Df<\/td><td>De standaardkern is FR-4. Het opbouwdi\u00eblektricum wordt geadviseerd om te zijn <strong>RCC<\/strong> or <strong>LDP<\/strong>. Alle materialen moeten voldoen aan de relevante prestatienormen.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Koperfolie<\/strong><\/td><td>Dikte, treksterkte, rek, oppervlakteruwheid<\/td><td>RCC-folie is meestal 1\/2 oz of 1\/3 oz en vereist uitstekende mechanische en elektrische eigenschappen.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Metallisch plateren<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Microvia Koperdikte<\/strong><\/td><td>Dit is cruciaal voor de betrouwbaarheid van HDI! <strong>Kwaliteit A vereist \u226510 \u03bcm<\/strong>Grade B vereist \u22655 \u03bcm, zodat microvia's niet barsten onder thermische druk.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Structural_Visual_Inspection\"><\/span>2. Structurele en visuele inspectie<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>Deze inspectiefase richt zich op de fysieke resultaten van de productie en wordt meestal uitgevoerd met microscopen, AOI, enz.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Microvia Kwaliteit<\/strong>:<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Vorm<\/strong>: Controleer op een ideale conische vorm en vermijd gebreken zoals \"spijkerkopjes\".<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Vullen<\/strong>: Voor opgevulde microvia's voldoende opvulling vereisen met een oppervlaktedepressiediepte die voldoet aan de normen.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Registratie<\/strong>: Microvias moeten volledig landen op de <strong>Stootkussen<\/strong> hieronder, zonder padovertreding.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Circuit en oppervlak<\/strong>:<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Lijnbreedte\/ruimte<\/strong>: Meet afwijkingen van ontwerpwaarden om de integriteit van de fijne lijn te garanderen.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Afwerking oppervlak<\/strong>: Of het nu ENIG, Immersietin of OSP is, inspecteer op dikte, uniformiteit en soldeerbaarheid.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Soldeermasker<\/strong>: Controleer de uniformiteit van de coating, de nauwkeurigheid van de registratie, zorg dat er geen lekkage optreedt, slechte belichting, enz.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Electrical_Reliability_Testing\"><\/span>3.
