TG-gehalte<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p>Hoewel een hoog TG-gehalte de thermische prestaties verbetert, is het nog steeds gebaseerd op epoxyharssystemen.<\/p><p>Beperkingen zijn onder andere:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hoger di\u00eblektrisch verlies bij hoge frequenties<\/li>\n\n<li>Niet geschikt voor magnetronontwerpen<\/li>\n\n<li>Beperkte prestaties boven enkele GHz<\/li>\n\n<li>De warmtegeleiding is nog steeds relatief laag<\/li><\/ul><p>Voor RF-toepassingen of toepassingen waarbij ultrahoge snelheden vereist zijn, wordt de voorkeur gegeven aan materialen
