Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o \u00f3tica autom\u00e1tica de alta precis\u00e3o (AOI)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>Utilizando equipamento AOI de \u00faltima gera\u00e7\u00e3o, efectuamos varrimentos ao n\u00edvel do m\u00edcron da superf\u00edcie do PCB para detetar mais de 30 problemas potenciais, incluindo defeitos de grava\u00e7\u00e3o, curto-circuitos\/circuitos abertos, camadas de m\u00e1scara de solda irregulares e desalinhamentos de serigrafia. Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com as inspec\u00e7\u00f5es manuais tradicionais, o sistema AOI pode identificar defeitos min\u00fasculos que s\u00e3o dif\u00edceis de detetar pelo olho humano, com velocidades de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o aumentadas em mais de 5 vezes e uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 90% nos problemas.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_100_Electrical_Testing\"><\/span>2. 100% Ensaios el\u00e9ctricos<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>Com base nas carater\u00edsticas do produto, adoptamos de forma flex\u00edvel solu\u00e7\u00f5es de ensaio com sonda voadora ou com cama de pinos. O teste de sonda voadora n\u00e3o requer equipamentos especializados e \u00e9 adequado para a prototipagem r\u00e1pida de pequenos lotes com requisitos diversos; o teste de cama de pinos, por outro lado, oferece uma efici\u00eancia de teste extremamente elevada para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o em grande escala. Os nossos testes el\u00e9ctricos n\u00e3o s\u00f3 verificam a continuidade como tamb\u00e9m medem os valores de imped\u00e2ncia de redes cr\u00edticas para garantir a concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos objectivos de conce\u00e7\u00e3o da integridade do sinal.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Dimension_and_Hole_Position_Verification\"><\/span>3. Verifica\u00e7\u00e3o da dimens\u00e3o e da posi\u00e7\u00e3o do furo<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>Utilizando m\u00e1quinas de medi\u00e7\u00e3o por coordenadas de alta precis\u00e3o, inspeccionamos os par\u00e2metros mec\u00e2nicos dos PCB, como as dimens\u00f5es exteriores, a precis\u00e3o da posi\u00e7\u00e3o dos orif\u00edcios e o alinhamento das camadas. Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o da pasta de solda (SPI)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>A inspe\u00e7\u00e3o da pasta de solda \u00e9 o primeiro ponto de verifica\u00e7\u00e3o do controlo de qualidade na linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o SMT. Utilizando um sistema SPI 3D, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 medimos a \u00e1rea e a posi\u00e7\u00e3o da pasta de solda, como tamb\u00e9m quantificamos com precis\u00e3o a sua altura e volume. Estes dados s\u00e3o transmitidos em tempo real \u00e0 impressora, permitindo um controlo em circuito fechado. Os dados mostram que a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema SPI reduziu os defeitos relacionados com a pasta de solda em mais de 85%.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Automatic_Optical_Inspection_AOI\"><\/span>2. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topfastpcb.com\/pt\/blog\/what-is-aoi-automated-optical-inspection\/\">Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o \u00f3tica autom\u00e1tica<\/a> (AOI)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>Ap\u00f3s a coloca\u00e7\u00e3o, a AOI assegura que todos os componentes est\u00e3o corretamente posicionados, evitando que problemas como componentes incorrectos ou coloca\u00e7\u00e3o invertida entrem no processo de refluxo. Ap\u00f3s o refluxo, a AOI concentra-se na inspe\u00e7\u00e3o da qualidade da soldadura, incluindo defeitos como pontes, juntas de soldadura a frio e tombstoning. O sistema AOI integra tecnologia de reconhecimento de imagem por IA, permitindo-lhe aprender de forma adaptativa as carater\u00edsticas dos diferentes componentes e melhorar significativamente a precis\u00e3o da dete\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_X-ray_Inspection_AXI\"><\/span>3. Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o por raios X (AXI)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>Para BGA, QFN e outros componentes com juntas de solda invis\u00edveis na parte inferior, os m\u00e9todos de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o tradicionais s\u00e3o ineficazes. O sistema de tomografia de raios X 3D apresenta a estrutura microsc\u00f3pica no interior das esferas de solda, detectando defeitos ocultos, tais como vazios, fissuras e efeitos de almofada. Damos especial \u00eanfase \u00e0 avalia\u00e7\u00e3o por raios X da qualidade do enchimento da via para garantir a estabilidade a longo prazo de produtos de elevada fiabilidade.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_In-Circuit_Testing_ICT\"><\/span>4. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topfastpcb.com\/pt\/blog\/what-is-ict\/\">Teste em circuito<\/a> (TIC)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>O ICT \u00e9 o teste definitivo para verificar a funcionalidade do PCBA. Adaptamos solu\u00e7\u00f5es de teste personalizadas para os clientes, desde simples testes de continuidade a complexos testes de carga de energia, para validar de forma abrangente o desempenho do circuito. O sistema ICT n\u00e3o s\u00f3 identifica defeitos de fabrico como tamb\u00e9m detecta falhas de conce\u00e7\u00e3o, fornecendo aos clientes um feedback valioso. Os dados de teste s\u00e3o automaticamente carregados para o sistema MES, criando um registo de qualidade completo.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Reliability_Verification\"><\/span>Verifica\u00e7\u00e3o da fiabilidade<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Functional_Testing\"><\/span>1. Ensaios funcionais<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>Simular o ambiente de trabalho real do produto final e utilizar dispositivos de teste e software espec\u00edficos para efetuar uma verifica\u00e7\u00e3o funcional completa do PCBA. Tomando como exemplo uma placa ECU autom\u00f3vel, o ensaio deve abranger todos os canais de entrada\/sa\u00edda, interfaces de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, m\u00f3dulos de gest\u00e3o de energia, etc., para garantir um funcionamento est\u00e1vel em v\u00e1rias condi\u00e7\u00f5es de funcionamento.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Aging_Testing\"><\/span>2. Ensaios de envelhecimento<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>O teste de stress acelerado \u00e9 utilizado para identificar potenciais defeitos, submetendo o PCBA a um funcionamento prolongado em ambientes de alta temperatura para induzir falhas precoces. Os produtos que s\u00e3o submetidos a testes de envelhecimento adequados podem reduzir as taxas de falha no terreno em mais de 60%.
