Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o estrutural e visual<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>Esta fase da inspe\u00e7\u00e3o incide sobre os resultados f\u00edsicos do fabrico, sendo normalmente realizada com recurso a microsc\u00f3pios, AOI, etc.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Qualidade Microvia<\/strong>:<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Forma<\/strong>: Verificar se a forma c\u00f3nica \u00e9 a ideal, evitando defeitos como a \"cabe\u00e7a de prego\".<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Enchimento<\/strong>: No caso de microvias preenchidas, exigir um enchimento suficiente com uma profundidade de depress\u00e3o superficial conforme \u00e0s normas.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Registo<\/strong>: As microvias devem aterrar completamente no <strong>Almofada de destino<\/strong> abaixo, sem viola\u00e7\u00e3o de almofada.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Circuitos e superf\u00edcie<\/strong>:<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Largura da linha\/espa\u00e7o<\/strong>: Medir o desvio dos valores de projeto para garantir a integridade da linha fina.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Acabamento da superf\u00edcie<\/strong>: Quer seja ENIG, estanho de imers\u00e3o ou OSP, inspecionar a espessura, uniformidade e soldabilidade.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e1scara de solda<\/strong>: Verificar a uniformidade do revestimento, a exatid\u00e3o do registo, a aus\u00eancia de infiltra\u00e7\u00f5es, a m\u00e1 exposi\u00e7\u00e3o, etc.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Electrical_Reliability_Testing\"><\/span>3.
