Bir 3D SPI sistemi kullanarak, sadece lehim pastas\u0131n\u0131n alan\u0131n\u0131 ve konumunu \u00f6l\u00e7mekle kalm\u0131yor, ayn\u0131 zamanda y\u00fcksekli\u011fini ve hacmini de hassas bir \u015fekilde \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcyoruz. Y\u00fcksek g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fe sahip \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin uzun vadeli kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in via dolgu kalitesinin X-ray de\u011ferlendirmesine \u00f6zellikle \u00f6nem veriyoruz.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_In-Circuit_Testing_ICT\"><\/span>4. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topfastpcb.com\/tr\/blog\/what-is-ict\/\">Devre \u0130\u00e7i Test<\/a> (ICT)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3><p>ICT, PCBA'n\u0131n i\u015flevselli\u011fini do\u011frulamak i\u00e7in nihai testtir.Devre performans\u0131n\u0131 kapsaml\u0131 bir \u015fekilde do\u011frulamak i\u00e7in m\u00fc\u015fterilerimize basit s\u00fcreklilik testlerinden karma\u015f\u0131k g\u00fc\u00e7 y\u00fckleme testlerine kadar \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilmi\u015f test \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri sunuyoruz. ICT sistemi sadece \u00fcretim hatalar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemekle kalmaz, ayn\u0131 zamanda tasar\u0131m kusurlar\u0131n\u0131 da tespit ederek m\u00fc\u015fterilere de\u011ferli geri bildirimler sa\u011flar.
