Conditions for Return & Exchange

Products with Quality Issues

Items with manufacturing defects or quality problems (excluding issues caused by customer misuse or damage).

We are not responsible for quality problems caused by customer-related reasons.

Basic Requirements for Returns

Goods Condition

Products must be not contaminated and in new, unused condition, matching their original state when received.

Packaging Requirements

Original packaging must be complete (both internal and external), uncompromised, and suitable for resale.

Accessories & Documentation

Must include all original accessories, labels, shipping documents, product certifications, manuals, invoices (if provided), and free gifts (if any).

Important Notes & Limitations

Return Rejection

If returned goods don't meet our policy conditions, we cannot accept the return/exchange or process a refund.

Missing Items Deduction

Failure to include invoices, accessories, or gifts may result in deductions from your refund for:

  • Invoice tax amounts
  • Market value of missing accessories
  • Value of complimentary items

Rights Reservation

If we don't initially deduct for missing items, this doesn't waive our right to make future claims for those items.
