Wiring harnesses are usually not universal, and their design needs to be customized according to specific product requirements. Different devices in the model specifications, functional configuration and application scenarios and other aspects of the differentiated needs, will directly affect the design of the harness.
Our wiring harnesses are certified by the industry IATF16949, environmentally friendly in accordance with RoHS/REACH standards, and are manufactured to do salt spray testing to meet the indicators before shipping and applying to PCB boards.
Specifically depends on the demand and application scenarios, we often do the level of testing, such as: multi-bending scenarios applied to the flexibility test, IP67 waterproof test, high temperature 150 ℃ test, flame retardant grade UL VW-1 test, and so on.
