We accept all standard EDA output formats: Gerber RS-274X, ODB++, IPC-2581 for PCB data; Excel/CSV/BOM Manager exports for BOM; Centroid/Pick-and-Place files in CSV or Gerber format. For Gerber files, please include all copper layers, drill files, paste mask, and silkscreen. Our engineering team will review your package and confirm receipt within 2 business hours.
There is no minimum order quantity — we regularly build single-board prototypes. Our standard prototype turnaround is 24–48 hours from receipt of all materials (or 72 hours for turnkey). Express 12-hour service is available for urgent projects. Volume production lead times range from 5–15 business days depending on component procurement and order complexity. We'll provide a firm delivery date with every quotation.
Yes. We operate separate, dedicated lines for RoHS-compliant lead-free (SAC305, SAC405) and leaded (Sn63Pb37) processes to prevent cross-contamination. Our reflow ovens support nitrogen atmosphere for oxidation-sensitive assemblies. For mixed-technology boards requiring selective or wave soldering in addition to SMT reflow, we have full through-hole capability in-house. All solder paste lots are traceable with CoC documentation available on request.
Our procurement team maintains relationships with over 200 authorized distributors globally including Arrow, Avnet, Digi-Key, Mouser, and direct franchised channels. We run automated BOM availability checks at quotation, flag long-lead items immediately, and proactively suggest pin-compatible alternative parts (with your engineering approval) when needed. For volume customers, we offer VMI/consignment stocking programs to buffer against market shortages. All components are sourced exclusively from authorized channels — no broker or gray-market parts.
Every shipment is accompanied by a standard documentation package including: Certificate of Conformance (CoC), IPC-A-610 inspection reports, AOI pass/fail logs with image archives, solder paste lot traceability, component CoCs from suppliers, and X-Ray reports for BGA assemblies. For automotive (IATF) and aerospace (AS9100D) customers, we provide enhanced traceability packages with full production genealogy, first-article inspection (FAI) reports, and PPAP Level 3 submissions as required.
